zzBots + Asana

What is zzBots?

With the zzBots app, users can fully 2-Way Sync between Asana and other apps including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Apple iCloud Calendar, Airtable, and Trello.

In addition to 2-Way Syncing, with zzBots, users can integrate Asana with a variety of additional apps. This also includes sending customized emails and notifications to easily automate your workflows.

To get started, follow one of the 2-Way Sync install links below, or search for the sync you want to install in the Plugin Store in zzBots.

This example follows the installation process for a 2-Way Sync between Asana and Google Calendar, but the steps are the same for any 2-Way Sync install.

1. Click “Install.”
2. Set up a free zzBots account.
3. Click “Next.”
4. Follow on-screen instructions to connect zzBots with your Asana account.
5. Follow on-screen instructions to connect zzBots with your Google Calendar account.
6. Select your Asana Workspace, then specify and select whether you want to sync by project, assignee, or by any task in the Workspace.
7. Select the calendar you want to sync with.
8. Click “Next.”
9. Click “Install Now.”
10. Done.

At this point, you will be redirected to your dashboard, where you can configure additional settings and further customize your zzBots integration.
